Colour pencils.
We, colleagues of the animation school, started recently an informal project of a short video we’re planning to cooperate with and finish towards the end of the course. We have already a story we’ve decided on and now we’re starting with the concept phase. For that, we decided to bring some sketches to the next reunion and… I realized I had little idea of how I should draw a crab. So the first step became investigating about it and getting to know more of the main features with which a cartoon crab should be recognizable. It started as taking simple notes and ended as a little guide (in Spanish) I could share with my friends and help them with, when conceptualizing the main chars.
